Our Mission

The core mission of The Brain Institute of America is to develop new and innovative biomarkers for a variety of neuro-oncological malignancies. However the Institute promotes and shares new scientific breakthroughs so the community can appreciate the difficult nature of developing safe and effective medicines that target cancer cells within the central nervous system. Since 2016, the Institute has collaborated with scientists and clinicians at local universities and hospitals within the United States, with the purpose of making significant advances in the biomedical research community.

The Brain Institute of America has discovered over 18 valid neuronal-specific noncoding RNA biomolecules that are considered biomarkers of disease severity and progression, and/or are valid targets for subsequent drug discovery platforms
