It is with great humility that our Institute has finally achieved the first build of a circRNA library. Our constructs allow for full modification of a number of spliced variants, and for the expression of individual circRNAs within a number of mammalian cell lines with fluorescent tracing capabilities.
There are a number of researchers working on this same platform, however, our constructs are fully customizable to customer specifications and have been mapped to variants across the transcriptome.
